So yeah, apparently when I just updated, everything I worked on was reset, and I have to re-upload the comics from day 1. Thanks Comicpress, my site’s looking great. And thank you for not including a warning or anything. Really, I don’t know what I’d do without you.
Also [comic-archive] .. just add that bit of text to your archive page, there are several arguments for it, a faq on the comiceasel.com site explains in detail on it.. list=2 would look nice or list=3 so [comic-archive list=3 order=desc] is what you would put in your archive page.
Thanks for the feedback man. I was just a little stressed out when it happened.
I know, and just want you to know that I’m here for you for any help you could use
There were warnings on all of the developement sites for ComicPress, was also notified on fleen.com as news, advertisements were done weeks in advance on it and also on webcomics.com – There was no way for you to lose all of your comics, there is a comicpress options -> help [tab] that explains in detail how to migrate to the new format. Having to upload them all over again was something you did on your own. Directions also include how to migrate your previous child theme to the new format so you wouldn’t lose your look. But that’s probably because you are not using a child theme to store your sites look, that made it so you lost it =( Anyways, I digress – I would be very happy to create a child theme for your site with it’s look so any more updates will not be a problem. — and there will be quite a few updates coming up including one this weekend.
